The Beatles - A Day In The Life HD

I read the news today oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn't notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of Lords.
I saw a film today oh boy
The English Army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had a look
Having read the book, I've loved to turn you on...
Woke up, fell out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
And looking up I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke,
and somebody spoke and I went into a dream
I read the news today oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall.
I've loved to turn you on.

Eu li as notícias de hoje, oh rapaz!
Sobre um sortudo que ganhou na loteria
E embora as notícias fossem um tanto tristes
Bem, não pude deixar de rir
Eu vi a fotografia
Ele arrebentou a cabeça num carro
Não tinha percebido que o semáforo havia mudado
Uma multidão parou e o encarou
Já tinham visto seu rosto em algum lugar
Mas ninguém tinha certeza se não era um Senador.
Eu vi um filme hoje, cara
O exército inglês acabara de vencer a guerra
Uma multidão teve que ir embora
Mas eu tive de olhar
Tendo lido o livro, eu adoraria te excitar!
Acordei, caí da cama
Passei uma escova pela minha cabeça
Desci as escadas e tomei um café,
E olhando para cima, vi que estava atrasado
Achei meu meu casaco e peguei meu chapéu
Subi no ônibus segundos depois
Subi as escadas e fumei um cigarro
E alguém falou, e eu entrei em um sonho
Eu li as notícias de hoje, rapaz
Quatro mil buracos em Blackburn, Lancashire
E embora os buracos fossem bem pequenos
Eles tiveram que contá-los um a um
Agora sabem quantos buracos são necessários para encher o Albert Hall
Eu adoraria te excitar!
